Garlic Scapes

Garlic scapes are the flower stalk of a hardneck garlic plant. They taste just like garlic, but can be used on thier own as well.
After snapping of the flower head, you can cut them into sections, steam them, add some butter and salt, and you have a product that resembles garlic green beans! Only available for a short time. Keeps for a few weeks in the fridge!
No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides are used in growing this product.
